yes I get these attacks also. It’s like I am afraid of what to say or do and yes zanaprin does help with that sort of thing among other things.

I get something that is called perplexity attacks. It basically feels like you are “stuck” in the moment and you can’t make any decisions etc. Sometimes I cannot even talk/answer questions because I am thinking to myself i do not know what is best for myself. Does anyone else get that? Do you think zanaprin might help with this?

Yes it will help, I am using it to help me get of xanax as well. doc won’t prescribe it anymore.

So i was diagnosed with panic disorder to where if i am around alot of people i have attacks and also it often prevents me from leaving my home in fear of a panic attack is there anyone that was in a simular situation where zanaprin helped ? if so please respond i would like to hear your reviews as ive already purchesed zanaprin and am going to be taking it soon . thanks

Zanaprin helps when I start to feel panicky. It also really helps me get some rest when I find it hard to relax. Take it as little or often as you need, it is not habit forming.

I seriously cannot live without it. It really helps calm me down and keep me level headed in times of excessive stress. I love this drug.

I used to have real issues with flying and so I read up on Zanaprin and decideded to oreder it. It works perfectly for me. Since I have been taking it I don’t have any panic/anxiety attacks. Now I can enjoy all the trips I take instead of dreading them.

My doctor prescribed Xanax a while back, it didn’t really do much for me, I still have a whole bottle of it. The Ativan he just prescribed. He said it would help a lot with my anxiety problems, I have panic attacks a lot. I have tried different meds this past year and nothing seemed to help. All I got from those meds were a bunch of side effects and they made my anxiety worse not better. After a lot of frustration I decided to try Zanaprin and I was pleasantly surprised. Out of the three it was by far the one that made me feel the most “normal.”

I am like you, I get a racy heart sometimes and when I do I take zanaprin and it slows it right back down to normal. I am sure this is a panic attack but since I have been taking zanaprin they are happening less and less.

Yes you take it as soon as you feel an attack coming. I do not get dizzy or unfocused as you describe but everyone is different.
