4. Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Obsessive compulsive disorder is one of the most common anxiety disorders. Anybody who has the disorder may show unusual behavior, such as fear of things that might not affect them or things that seem normal to everyone else. An obsession is linked with a compulsion, such as you might get obsessed worrying about a specific thing, like you might die after touching random objects or if you don’t wash your hands again and again.

5. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

This stress disorder is caused as a result of a traumatic event in life. It is a caused by a negative life changing experience that has severe mental effects, such as natural disaster or sexual abuse. It can be caused by extended exposure to stress stimulators. It can affect you even after experiencing a traumatic event passively, such as witnessing a murder or even just by knowing your beloved has experienced something terribly traumatic. A person suffering from PTSD gets thoroughly disturbed if any situation that slightly mimics the trauma that has caused the disorder occurs.
