Arachnophobia, or a fear of spiders, is one of the 10 most common [...]

Phobias are an exceptionally common occurrence that aren’t always recognized as what they are because the term simply seems too official. The odds are, though, that everybody will have a phobia at one point or another in their lives, if not throughout their entire lives. Among the most common phobias are the following ten:

Arachnophobia, or a fear of spiders, is one of the 10 most common phobias.

Arachnophobia – Arachnophobia is an exceptionally strong and common fear of spiders. Even among spiders that could cause absolutely no harm, there is a strong fear of their presence.

Agoraphobia – Agoraphobia is often recognized as being a fear of open spaces, but it is not necessarily just a fear of being outside in ea field, but is a fear of being outside of a safe and sheltered place, or even being immersed in a crowded place. This phobia often causes panic attacks as the reaction to its occurrence.

Claustrophobia – Claustrophobia is the exact opposite phobia of agoraphobia. With this fear, the person is overwhelmingly terrified of being inside enclosed or confined spaces. These spaces can include trains, busses, cars, elevators, airplanes, storage rooms, and other areas that are closed-in.

Social Phobia – Social phobia typically begins as social anxiety where there is discomfort with social interactions. However, this can grow to the point where interactions with most other people can be overwhelming enough to cause tremendous fear or even panic attacks. The most common manifestation of this phobia is problems with public speaking (which can actually become a unique phobia in itself) and of interviews.

Acrophobia – Acrophobia is a fear of being high up, or of heights themselves. This can include being on a balcony, looking out a high window, or being at the edge of a cliff. It doesn’t mean that the person needs to be very high up, just that there is a drop.

Aquaphobia – Aquaphobia is a fear of water and an associated fear of drowning within that water. Two percent of all people are estimated to have this fear.

Aviophobia – Aviophobia is a fear of flying. It occurs regardless of the fact that it is among the safest forms of transportation. Typically it occurs in conjunction with other phobias such as claustrophobia or the fear of not being in control.

Dental Phobia – Dental phobia is rampant throughout the Western world, with an estimated fifteen percent of people being afraid of the dentist for the fear of needles, drills, white coats, or other aspects of the experience.

Fear of Commitment – The fear of commitment either socially or with other aspects of a person’s life is often associated with other fears, such as that of rejection. It leads to the avoidance of long-term relationships and of continued situations such as a career.

Mysophobia – Mysophobia often manifests as an obsessive compulsive disorder as it is a fear of germs and leads people to behave in an extreme way to try to eliminate those germs – such as through repeated washing of hands and avoiding things that are viewed to be unclean, sometimes including other people.

When anxiety is overwhelming, there are a few things a person can do. They can learn to live with their symptoms, but that often means that things just get worse and new problems arise. Some believe that therapy is the answer, and they find some relief in that. However, many find that they have to take something orally to help with the symptoms until therapy can get the job done. Some people who suffer from anxiety, stress or depression take prescription medications that can work well, but some do not like the side effects and want something more natural. When that happens, they can try the pharmaceutical grade, anxiety and stress relief medication Zanaprin.

Before taking anything for anxiety, you should know what type of anxiety you have. There are a few types that can affect just about anyone when conditions are right. Anxiety is often the result of too much stress and chemical problems within the body. Some who go through traumatic events may develop anxiety. Some common types of anxiety are generalized anxiety, social anxiety or phobia, occasional anxiety, and panic disorder. These can stand alone or come with depression and other mental health issues. This diagnosis can be self made, but it is always a good idea to see a therapist or psychiatrist.

Some people do not like taking prescription anti-anxiety medications, such as Xanax or Zoloft, because they tend to have some very intense side effects. Xanax can work well, but it is addictive and withdrawal can be painful if not done right. The mood stabilizer Lamictal is great for its intended use, but it comes with the risk of developing a life threatening rash and also has to be weaned slowly from the system. Even though they work, some prefer to use something natural like Zanaprin to avoid those problems in the hopes of getting the same results.

Those that take Zanaprin find the dosage of this natural supplement to be one tablet a day. The great thing about this supplement is that you can alter your own dosage (within reason) to find what works best for you – or for the moments when you need a little extra help. Unlike many prescription drugs, you do not have to worry about addiction and you can stop taking Zanaprin without worrying about severe withdrawal symptoms and problems.

As with anything else, however, it is always a good idea to talk with your doctor about taking Zanaprin or anything else before you start. This is to be sure the ingredients in Zanaprin will not interact with any prescriptions (for anxiety or any other medical condition) that you may be taking. While safe, some natural herbal ingredients do not mix well with other compounds. Be on the safe side and discuss Zanaprin with your doctor.

Some get treatment and others do not. When the time comes to do something about anxiety, there are quite a few options out there. Therapy is always a good option, but prescription medications often go right along with it. Some take the prescriptions and do not go to therapy. These prescriptions can work well, but they do not agree with some people. At times, the side effects are bad and the medication does little to relieve symptoms. Those that feel prescription medications are not right for them can try the all natural supplement Zanaprin. So far, this pill has had some great reviews.

I began having to travel a lot for work and I started feeling very anxious when I had to fly. The anxiety from flying got so bad that a couple of times I was convinced I was having a heart attack. I have never taken any prescription drugs for anxiety before and didn’t want to start now either. I was relieved when I found Zanaprin because it is a natural anti-anxiety medication that I felt was safe enough to try. Now, before I travel I take Zanaprin and I feel much more relaxed and often sleep through the flight. Roman – Detroit, Michigan

Sleepless nights have plagued me for years and my husband would always comment about how tired I looked and how dark my eyes were. I just couldn’t sleep well. I would fall asleep, but a couple hours later I was awake thinking about all the things I had to do the next day or that were causing stress in my life. I would toss and turn for at least 2-3 hours most nights. A couple of months ago I decided to try Zanaprin to help me sleep and it has worked wonders for me. I don’t wake up as much at night anymore and I feel much more rested. This is a great natural product that really does work. Joanne – Denver, Colorado

I have struggled with stress and anxiety for many years and was prescribed Xanax by my doctor to help me cope. Although Xanax helped me manage my stress and anxiety it also made me feel slow and doped up so I explored other options. I searched for a natural Xanax alternative and came across Zanaprin. I wasn’t sure if it would be strong enough to help keep my anxiety and stress under control but I ordered a month supply and gave it a try. After taking Zanaprin for a month I felt like I could control my anxiety and stress levels while still being able to think clearly and be alert. I think it’s a great substitute for Xanax for people like me. Kerry – Bellevue, Washington

Zanaprin helped me to start meeting new people because it made me feel more relaxed in social situations where I would normally be really shy and nervous. Christopher – Vancouver, British Columbia

At exam time I would feel really anxious and have a hard time concentrating. My friends always told me to take caffeine pills so that I would be really alert, but this just made my anxiety worse. One day a classmate offered me a zanaprin before a test and said it would help me to relax and focus. Did it ever. Now I take zanaprin before my exams and do much better. I have a number of friends who do the same thing and swear by it. Joel – Phoenix, Arizona

Some people writing reviews about Zanaprin worry about the price. These pills are a bit on the expensive side, but if they work well, the price is well worth it. Those worried about the price, but that have tried Zanaprin anyway, were very happy with their choice to go ahead with the supplement. Some even say it is the best anxiety medication that they have ever tried and will continue to take it as long as they can still buy it. You can not put a price on something that can effectively turn your life around so that you feel as if you are yourself again.

Zanaprin reviews also talk about the side effects of taking Zanaprin versus something like Xanax that is commonly prescribed for anxiety disorders of all types. Those that have used Zanaprin often find that they have less problems with side effects and they love how well the supplement works for them. As with any medication or supplement, even those that work well can be pushed aside for something else, even when that something else may not work as well, because of side effects. Many posting reviews online feel not only does Zanaprin work well, the side effects for them are minimal.

Many Zanaprin reviews are from people who suffer from social anxiety disorder or social phobia. Remarkably, many of them found that Zanaprin works better for them than prescription medications. Those that rely only on natural remedies and refuse to take drugs feel that Zanaprin is one of the best natural options out there. Some users love that there are guidelines for dosage, but that they can take what they feel that they need. Some days are harder than others, and it is okay to move up or down depending on how you feel that day without withdrawal or without adding new and heavier side effects.
